Gunilla and Linn did a fair amout of research in preparation for this trip, including finding this gem of a restaurant and bakery, Skeppshandelns Stenugnsbageri. They serve typical Swedish food, locally sourced. Keeping with the boring theme, I had a fried egg sandwich. Bread, egg, and pickled peppers. Attesting to high quality ingredients, the sandwich was greater than the sum of its parts- really delicious!
